Describe why usability contribute to software qualityHello nanosumaila-ga,
What defines good quality software? Usability certainly isn't the only
important part of good quality software, but it is an important aspect
of it. If software is not easily "usable",
customers/companies/organizations will often not care about what it
can actually do, because if it is not easily usable by the people who
need to use it, the features of the software really do not matter.
Also have you ever gotten a box of software with a tiny user manual or
even without one? Including a user manual and proper instructions for
new/beginning users also makes the software easier to use and thus
enhances the software quality.
