I had my hair bleached blonde on the under lay. How can I take away the straw-like feeling?

  • The less chemical your idea is the better; the woman who did my hair epically failed at life, and now I have second degree burns all on the left side of my scalp.

  • Buy and intensive conditioner. I like Aussie products.
Apply big dollop to damp hair... paying special attention to the ends of your hair and anny parts which are particularly dammaged.
Now put your hair in a showercap or something and leave the conditioner in overnight. Give it a really good wash in the morning too so your hair isnt greasy.
Also stop using straighteners / hairdryers etc as much as possible - you will be surprised how much this helps!

  • You need a moisturising shampoo and conditioner. Don't use a big name brand like Pantene, they leave all kinds of crap on your hair. If I were you I'd go to the salon you had it done and demand some of their hairdressing products for free as compensation! But otherwise I'd either buy something very natural from Body Shop or this -

Hope you get it sorted! =)

  • conditioner conditioner conditioner. Use a high quality conditioner, leave in conditioner, and try Vo5's hot oil treatment as well. That's what you need. And don't blow dry or use any heat on your hair. Let it rest for a few weeks.

And don't go back to that salon. I hope you didn't pay for her to burn your scalp. That sounds awful.
