How would you respond to "Teach me something NON-MEDICAL in 5 minutes"?

  • I have a very important interview as a physician and will be asked this based on previous experiences. I have NO clue what to "teach". Any ideas PLEASE? I'm guessing an etiquette that isn't commonly known, but would help all of them, would be appreciated. Thank you in advance

  • Teach them how to conduct an interview.

  • Hmm, something not medical...

What are your other strengths? Do you know how difficult of a task you are expected to "teach" or does it not matter? I assume you have no aids at your disposal during this?

    - how to solve a math problem
    - how to put on a necktie
    - how to say a certain phrase in another language
    - give a lesson in history about something you are familiar with

I'm not sure if I'm even on the right track here.....

  • I will teach you about tornadoes. A Tornado is caused by a certain type of cloud called a Cumulonimbus Cloud, which is formed by warm air mixing under cold air. It is not considered a tornado unless it actually touches the ground, before that point it is know as a funnel cloud. Tornadoes can destroy ANYTHING if its a level F5.
