  • What's "stronglier"

  • If your tooth is a little loose there are several things you can do:

Brushing your teeth helps remove plaque on the surface of your teeth, but you should really make sure you are flossing because doing so removes plaque from in between the teeth and under the gumline. Your tooth could be loose from plaque getting under your gum, so make sure you floss in between the teeth. As for recommended toothpaste, Colgate Total is recommended for gum health because it contains triclosan, a mild antimicrobial that has been clinically proven to reduce plaque and gingivitis if used regularly.

If possible, you should see a dentist to find out the specific cause to what is causing your tooth to be loose.
