  • I just recently started online and I was just was just wondering when did you guys start loosing the first couple of pounds? I'm just wondering how this program has affected you and how you guys like it so far.

  • I did WW after my third child & lost more than 50lbs in 4 months. I love it because it is so easy to follow & there seem to be so many "cheats."

I would regularly have a 2 pt hot dog (Fat Free bun & Fat Free Oscar Mayer beef franks) for lunch - only feels like you are cheating

I also eat a lot of Krakus Ham sandwiches (Lite italian bread & 3 slices meat - 2 pts)

I routinely splurge on the sugar free pudding cups with Free cool whip - (1pt snack)

Stick with the program - it really works and is easy to follow

    Good luck!!

  • I have been a WW for over 2 years now. The first week is usually one where you can lose a couple pounds pretty easily, especially if you stuck to program and really worked at getting your water in each day. If you follow the program, YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT! They recommend a healthy weight loss each week, which is between 1/2 and 2 lbs. Some weeks I lost nothing even if I followed the program. Don' t let that discourage you! Your body works in its own time. I have maintained my 45 lbs loss for a year now and attribute that to some permanent behavior changes, such as daily water intake (8 glasses), journaling and following the 8 healthy guidelines (2 milks, 5 fruits & veggies, etc.). Just like the new WW commercials, you can follow WW and still live your life! Good luck!

PS - you might want to attend at least one meeting to help you through the initial learning phase. It would be worth the small investment. Also, there are online support groups for WW's and it can be very helpful for staying on program and helping with program questions.

  • I started weight watchers 3 weeks ago I have lost a total of 4lbs. It is coming off slower then the time before but atleast it is coming off. I really enjoy weight watchers because it isn;t a diet it is making changes to a healthier lifestyle
