  • what would you do while chewing a tobacco if a human toe were to be found in the tobacco by a well recognized manufactured company? what are some of the legal actions would you take?


  • I would go to my local health dept. and report it. I would also go to the media (i.e., tv, print) and report it. Then I would probably sue the company.


  • First order of business would be to go see my doctor and find out if I have any kind of diseases. Having dead decaying body parts near your mouth is dangerous.



    After that I would consult a lawyer who specializes in product safety claims. This sounds like the woman planting a finger in her chili to get money out of wendy's. I seriously hope you're not trying to pull some kind of a hoax to scam money out of the tobacco company and the taxpayers as well as tying up our legal system to achieve a financial windfall.


  • First I would get a new can.


  • You could sue, but you would probably end up gettting jailed for planting it just like the lady at Arbys. Go ahead, give it a shot and sue. We need to support another prisoner, and pay for a crooked lawyer. Or, you could just spit it out!!


  • SUE FOR BIG BUCK$$$$$, that is a health risk and if you settle or win, you could win big bucks. I don't know the specifics but you can get money.


  • How would you prove that this body part was in the chewing tobacco?
